stretches 1 1/2 lb. meat to serve 4 or 5 people for 2 meals. Mix thoroughly:
1 lb. Ground Beef or Veal
1/2 lb. Ground Pork
2 cups Bread Crumbs
1 Egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups Milk
4 tbsp. Chopped Onion
1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/8 tsp. Sage
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Pack into greased bread loaf pan (4" x 8"). Bake 1 1/2 hr in mod. oven (350 degrees)
